A new partnership…

We are pleased to announce that Servant Solutions is partnering with the Wesleyan Pension Fund (WPF) to provide administrative services for portions of the WPF retirement plan. This partnership comes after thoughtful discussions and careful consideration ensuring that we maintain the integrity and values that are central to both of our organizations.

The foundation for this collaboration is our shared faith and mission to serve those who serve the church. The desire to provide a heightened level of service to their members caused the Wesleyan Pension Fund leadership to seek out a partner capable of meeting this need. The Wesleyan Pension Fund’s search for a trusted partner brought them to Servant Solutions.

Our members will benefit from this relationship as it highlights the excellence we continually strive for in our people, processes, and services. The current Wesleyan administrative team members will transition into the Servant Solutions office space and be welcomed as part of the Servant Solutions family. They will maintain the majority of their services separately, while contributing to our office culture and operations, ensuring a smooth transition and an even stronger collective future.

This collaboration represents a true "win" for all involved, as we work together to enhance the financial security and well-being of those we serve. We look forward to what this new season will bring as we continue to honor our commitment to excellence and service.

1. What is the main purpose of this partnership, and how does it align with both organizations' missions?

  • WPF is engaging with Servant Solutions to bring enhanced services and added value to WPF members over time.

  • A primary goal of this partnership is to ensure minimal impact on Wesleyan Pension Fund (WPF) members. The WPF name, employees, and board representation will remain unchanged. Both organizations share theological alignment as members of the Holiness Movement and already utilize the same recordkeeper in Principal Financial. The presidents of both organizations also share mutual respect and trust, having established a longstanding professional relationship.

2. What unique strengths does each organization bring to this collaboration?

  • Servant Solutions offers a holistic approach to retirement planning and will extend its expertise in financial planning and education to WPF members as our partnership progresses. Additionally, WPF brings potential opportunities for greater economies of scale, which could lead to lower fees for all members in the future.

3. How will Servant Solutions and WPF teams collaborate on member services, and what should members know about this cooperation?

  • The daily administration and member services for both organizations will remain distinct. As capacity allows, we will take a gradual, thoughtfully tiered approach to cooperation in member operations, ensuring that any future integration is carefully considered and supportive of both organizations' service standards.

  • We aim to reassure WPF members that no expertise is lost in this transition, and that WPF will be positioned for leading-edge retirement services in the future.

  • No changes to policies, support channels, or points of contact are anticipated.

4. How will this partnership enhance the financial security, retirement planning, or overall experience for our shared members?

  • By combining the operational strengths of both organizations, the partnership positions members for more robust financial security and improved retirement planning services over time.
