Carol Bull

Director of Retirement Plan Operations

Carol serves Servant Solutions as Director of Retirement Plan Operations. She processes the enrollment of new employers and members, contributions, and changes in member contact information (address, email, etc.). She works in close alignment with Principal to ensure member accounts are handled with excellence and that all contributions are recorded properly. She also works with our members’ beneficiaries as they inherit an account. She counts it an honor to minister to families as they go through the difficult process of losing a loved one. 

Carol earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University with majors in French and Family Science.

Carol came to Servant Solutions in August 2019 with six years of experience with the Social Security Administration, and ten years of experience with Liberty Christian School where she has served as a French teacher and an administrative assistant.  Carol and her husband, Jeff, have been married 30 years and attend East Side Church of God where Jeff teaches their adult Sunday school class. They have three adult children. In her spare time, Carol enjoys reading and baking.
